PORTAL Screen
The Portal Screen was inspired by the cast iron gates and cathedral windows of the Orléans Cathedral. The organic forms arranged across a grid are made of hand carved wood and suspended using a steel grid like structure. Intermittently placed throughout the piece are circles of colored glass housed in steel circular frames.
